Tough to find one that you have not listed over the years but one that touches all the noir bases and never even came close to getting noticed is Hustle (1975) with Burt Reynolds and Catherine Deneuve. Supporting superb roles by Eddie Albert and Ben Johnson. A classic that reflected the ethos of mid '70's LA.
