Definitely a bloodbath towards the end but some great acting portrayals of three unconnected Brooklyn cops whose stories intertwine. Written by a former Transit Authority worker who entered the story in a screenplay competition. The tormented cops have got themselves in different bad situations and Gere in particular gives a great performance with similarity in part to his role in Internal Affairs.
